Google Ads specialist portfolio

Google Ads work for Shopify and e-commerce brands: what I changed in each account and what it returned. Where a result covers more than Google, the label says so.

What I changed in the Google Ads account

  • Took over the Google Ads account after two previous agencies and rebuilt it around clear funnel stages.
  • Built intent-based Google campaigns to capture the searches that education-led Meta prospecting created for a brand-new category.
  • Rebuilt tracking and attribution from scratch, including UTM hygiene, so Google and Meta reported into one view instead of disconnected platforms.

What I changed in the Google Ads account

  • Rebuilt Google Ads around three campaigns: brand search, Performance Max and tightly scoped search on high-intent product queries.
  • Ran Performance Max on a clean Merchant Center feed.
  • Rebuilt negative-keyword hygiene from scratch so search budget stayed on queries that convert.
  • Coordinated Google Ads with local SEO and a complete Google Business Profile for Brooklyn, NYC and tri-state searches.

What I changed in the Google Ads account

  • Rebuilt Google Ads alongside Meta with clearer segmentation, separating awareness, prospecting and conversion campaigns.
  • Ran Google with the same two brand stories as Meta and email, so every channel told one story.
  • Sent paid clicks to product pages with the checkout friction fixed, which lifted add-to-cart to purchase 42%.

What every account I run has in common

  • Conversion tracking that matches Shopify. Google Ads conversions checked against real orders, with enhanced conversions and GA4 revenue in place. See how to connect Google Ads to Shopify.
  • A clean product feed. Merchant Center disapprovals fixed and titles written around what buyers search, because on Shopping the feed is the targeting.
  • Brand kept separate. Branded search runs in its own campaign so it can't take credit for the growth non-brand campaigns are supposed to deliver. See the 3-campaign Google Ads setup.
  • Google and Meta planned together. Meta creates the demand Google captures, so the budget split follows store-level results. See paid ads for Shopify.

Common questions

Can I see the actual campaigns?

The accounts belong to each brand, so I don't publish screenshots. On a call I can walk you through the account structures, feed fixes and search term work behind these results.

Why are some results labeled all channels?

On most of these accounts I ran Google Ads together with Meta, email or CRO, and the brand's revenue grew from all of it. Where a number covers more than Google, the label says so. Google-only numbers are shown where I have them.

Have you run Google Ads outside Shopify?

Yes. In-house, I ran Google Ads on a $250,000 monthly budget across the US, Canada and EU at Vention, and managed $1 million in digital spend across seven countries at Maison Battat.

What does working with you on Google Ads look like?

I audit conversion tracking and the Merchant Center feed first, then restructure into brand, Shopping or Performance Max, and high-intent search, review search terms weekly, and report monthly in plain language. I manage the account myself.
